Decon carried out the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the sewage treatment plant and water treatment plant at the Siemens facility in Noida. Following commissioning, Decon continued to provide operation and maintenance services for both systems. The project brings together treatment-infrastructure execution and ongoing support for the installed systems.

Prefabricated MBBR-Based Sewage Treatment Plant

The sewage treatment installation uses a prefabricated Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR)-based system. Decon’s scope covered complete supply, installation, testing and commissioning, followed by ongoing operation and maintenance. This project represents treatment-plant execution and operational experience, rather than a civil-works-only package.

Water Treatment Plant — 16.2 m³/hour

Decon also supplied, installed, tested and commissioned the facility’s water treatment plant, rated at 16.2 cubic metres per hour.

From Installation to Ongoing Operation

Decon’s involvement continued beyond commissioning through operation and maintenance of both plants. For prospective clients, the project provides a reference covering both treatment-plant delivery and subsequent O&M.
